Flyways – 1/3 – Cutting tiles
Flyways final design detail: the blue dots mark the space that should stay clear. This is crucial in order to avoid small ceramic splinters that make cutting and placement of the floor components extremely difficult.

De Noord/Zuidlijn stations krijgen steeds meer vorm en dat betekent ook dat de kunstwerken ontwikkeld gaan worden. Dit vraagt om een nauwe samenwerking tussen de aannemer van de stations en de kunstenaars. Hoe gaat dit in zijn werk? Wij volgen de kunstenaars in hun proces van idee tot werkelijkheid.
